The Conference and Training rooms are comfortable, spacious, well equipped, have air conditioning and are situated on the first floor with disabled access by lift. They are furnished to a high standard with modular units which can be easily arranged to suit your specific requirements. The ground floor has excellent reception facilities. Free parking is available in the Main YMCA car park.
Hire of the Conference and Training rooms includes an all inclusive package which provides use of:
- overhead projector
- large plasma screen Conference Room
- large screen television Training Room
- video recorder, DVD player
- flip chart & pens
- white board & pens
- tea, coffee and biscuits
We can offer a tailor made package of facilities to suit individual requirements which can include a multimedia projector to use with your laptop (we do not provide laptops) to screen your presentation, and a choice of buffet lunches. The venue lends itself to both informal meetings and more formal events, giving value for money and flexibility.
